Near-winter update

Hi! This update adds curing against Alchemists – fluids and trigger lines for them. Fluid curing is optional, and can be toggled with vconfig_curefluids. I’m not sure about an Alchemist vadi-m system, since such a system without Alchemist cures wouldn’t make sense – and adding those in to this system, which is now fairly aged and was designed in a time when Achaea was very much stagnating and such vast changes were unthinkable back then might not be entirely feasible. The newer and much better Svo system however does already have Alchemist curing available.
