Answers

For normal people

  • Is it out yet?

Yes. It is now even included with the system!

  • How can I check the progress?
You can subscribe to the RSS feed (see icon in the address bar).

For people who like to code

  • How can I help?

Help code things in! To get started, check out the instructions for compiling, and then head over to launchpad.net/vadi-mapper and see what could use implementation.

  • Where is the project managed?

On Launchpad - the URL is launchpad.net/vadi-mapper. Launchpad features code hosting, bug tracking, and an 'answers' section - all of that nicely integrated to work together.

  • How can I compile the mapper?

Check out the instructions for compiling here (click).

  • I've got an idea - what do I do now?

Sweet. Head over to https://blueprints.launchpad.net/vadi-mapper/, and register it. It'll be then reviewed, talked about, drafted, and then implemented!

  • ... that sounds like a lot of stuff to do. What if I want to make just a small thing?

That depends on 'how small is it'. If you're unsure, just make a blueprint, and it'll go through quickly.

  • I want to code something in - how can it be integrated?

I have no idea right now. Still reading Bazaar docs on this.

For people who like to map

  • I want to help map!

That's great! Please join us in the chatroom for instructions.

  • Can I help out with my zMud map?

I'm afraid no - zmud is closed-source, and nobody knows how to "read" stuff from a zmud map except zmud itself.
