New "vmap edit" command (for mappers).
With the revision 97 of the mapper, a new command has been added - "vmap edit". It's per DK's idea (click), and it essentially sets the mapper into a mode where it can do everything, but create new room numbers. This is helpful when someone has already taken the mapping position, and you just want to fix up an area but not create new rooms accidentally.
The mapper is also smart about it, and if you delete a room while in the editing mode, you'll be able to re-use it after. So you can safely delete rooms and then re-create them.
